My
training experience
My name is Mathias and I turned 19 this August. I have a
lot of previous experience with different kinds of sport
and have also been a member of a fitness centre before,
but now that I have sabbatical after completion of the
Baccalaureate at Køge Gymnasium I thought that I would
then say "go all in". All these different experiences in
sport as well as anything has taught me a lot about
myself and some of the most important thing is basically
that I need to see results in order to keep myself
running on something specific. I do not know if this
applies to everyone, but I cannot imagine otherwise
because it is motivating to see changes and results when
trying to achieve something.
My mother is a nurse and has a degree in health and
eating habits, so I could easily have prompted her to
create a diet plan for me and my best friend has
strength trained at a high level so he could easily have
put together a good program for me but I wanted
something from a professional. I've always thought that
if you have to achieve something, then you should not go
into it half-heartedly, so I contacted Kasper V.
Christensen. From the start I knew roughly what I wanted
to achieve and Kasper helped me to specify this. I got
the desired support from the start with all the guidance
that I wanted. In addition, he gave advice to the diet
and exercise program which he had composed for me. When
I started and got this program I thought, as I usually
do. I might as well try it. Figured that I would get
good results, now that I have paid money for it, but
nothing crazy.
This program has yielded results which I had not
expected. It is the best money I have ever spent in
relation to any workout. The results began to show
immediately. This kept me going and the longer I went
the more I got out of it. I thought from the start that

but I've got a lot more than I had anticipated. All the

I myself have been bitten by the resistance training bug
now. My goal was never and will never be to get
extremely huge, but rather "lean and cut" with muscles
that suit my stature. I have achieved this and I'm very
