Audrina Patridge Diet: Infight With Hunger
You don’t want to follow the Audrina Patridge diet unless you enjoy the feeling of hunger pangs on a frequent basis. How can anybody stick to so few calories?
Well, some women will actually do this to be rich and famous—and we know the requirement for that: a bikini body. The diet won’t just leave you hungry, but 1,250 calories a day is bound to screw up your metabolism through lost muscle tissue if you don’t take your precautions.
Scarce on junk food
The good thing about the Audrina Patridge diet is that there seems to be little, if any, junk food like cake, pie, brownies, ice cream, candy or fast food. You won’t find this slightly-built actress chowing down one of those massive Carl’s Junior sandwiches.

The 5-7 actress says, “I order what I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it.” Well, what did you expect? Size 2 women rarely eat the quantity of food that NFL defensive tackles eat.
Breakfast might be some oatmeal and berries, plus a grande English tea from Starbucks. No evidence of rocket-fast metabolism here.
Lunch might be vegetable soup with a turkey wrap sandwich, plus iced tea. Again, not quite the lunch that Oprah probably eats. Audrina Patridge says she loves ranch dressing, but dips the wrap in only “a little.”
The Audrina Patridge diet includes snacks
These can be string cheese, almonds, apples with peanut butter, yogurt or kiwi. No chips, neon orange cheese crackers or French fries.
And what’s for dinner? How about a serving of steak, plus a small salad and vegetables. It’s no wonder Audrina Patridge looks like she does. No need for oooohs and ahhhhs. 1,250 calories a day speak for themselves. If she doesn’t include “cheat days” like Jessica Biel, you have to wonder how long can she go on like this, even if she relishes the Hollywood lifestyle?
It’s no secret that the Hollywood celebs regular starve themselves to live up to the high demands laid on them.
Another breakfast could be whole wheat toast with peanut butter; a protein shake for lunch; and then a dinner of fish and steamed vegetables. That’s not a lot of food!
On another day, lunch might be grilled chicken with salad and steamed vegetables – you get the picture. The diet, as mentioned, includes snacks; the actress says, “I eat snacks throughout the day. I don’t just pig out all at once.”
Well, from what I see, the way the actress eats comes up short on food. An active woman does not need to eat like a bird to be a size 4.
So what’s going on here? Either there’s under-reporting of what this bikini-wearing star eats, or, such scant eating has stunted her metabolism. It’s pretty much guaranteed that the diet would have many more calories if the reality star was completely out of the limelight.
Or better yet; if structured correctly and combined with strength training her calorie intake could be way higher and far more enjoyable.
