FAQ

Question #1: Does your programs work for women?

Absolutely. Men AND women can benefit equally. In fact, a lot of my best clients are women; they tend to be the hardest workers.

As for men: generally speaking, guys have a higher level of familiarity with weight training–therefore the learning curve is a bit better for them and men MAY have a slightly easier time in the beginning (but not for long!)

One of the big differences between mine and other programs is it avoids the classical muscle gain program problem: gaining fat along with the muscle, aka “bulking up.”

Many women DO want to gain some muscle (even if they call it muscle “tone”), but I don’t know any women who want to get bulky. My training and nutrition programs develop lean muscle not useless fat and an unattractive body in the process.

Question #2: Do I need to have a full gym or can I use these programs at home?

You’ll need some basic equipment…barbells, dumbbells and a bench. A power rack will also be VERY helpful and highly recommended but really, that’s about it. I hardly ever use machines in my own training and honestly, it’s the free weight stuff that will really get the job done for you.

Big fancy commercial gyms attract people by wowing them with a big selection of shiny equipment that very few people really actually NEED! Stick to the basics – they worked in the past and they still work.

Question #3: Will your programs help me get a body “Brad Pitt Style”? I want to make sure not to look as a typical weightlifter or a professional bodybuilder. I prefer a slim look so I can buy normal looking clothes.

The huge pro bodybuilders at the highest level typically use steroids and other drugs, so the average person gets the wrong idea about the type of muscle size you can realistically achieve.

My programs are designed to NATURAL  trainers who don’t abuse anabolic steroids. So getting humongous is not going to happen anyway.

As for Brad Pitt in fight club or TROY physique – that is a lot closer to what most guys want. My programs gives you full control on how much muscle you develop. You gain only lean body mass and you only gain the amount you want.

Since there are no traditional bulking phases you look good all year round (no “fat season” where you need two sets of clothes), you look good out of clothes, and you fit in and look good in nice clothes too.

Question #4: Q: Does your programs require a lot of time in the gym? I’m VERY interested in trying to gain some muscle while losing fat, but I don’t have a lot of time to spare.

The training programs I use for both beginners and advanced trainees are typically build on a schedule of three sessions a week for up to an hour. You can train more if you want, but it’s not required. In fact, the best results are obtained by “only” going to the gym three times a week.

As long as you train hard, then you can get amazing result from just 3 brief weight workouts a week.

Question #5: Will your programs work for improving athletic performance?

Absolutely! These programs are built around basic exercises. The very same exercises that every athlete should build their training program upon. In addition you can add special exercises to optimize the training program to your particular sport.

And I just have to say, any time you can gain lean mass and strength, you’re going to improve athletic performance.

Question #6: This seems like it’s for “younger” people—I’m over 50. Will this work for me?

Absolutely! I’ve never been one of those trainers who think that people should place limits on themselves because of age, and that’s why I take on coaching clients of all ages. In fact, I have had several people go through this very program who are over 50!

The main thing to understand is that everything is scalable; if something is new or feels unfamiliar, with a little practice you’ll be ready to go. And keep in mind that as we age, our fat burning hormones like growth hormone and testosterone begin to decline – a program intended to boost them will obviously help accelerate your results!

Question #7: What if your programs don’t work for me?

This is the simplest question of all. Then you don’t pay a cent. You get 60 days to try it and that is MORE than enough time to see it work for you. If it doesn’t work to your total satisfaction, you get a complete refund, no questions asked, no hard feelings.
