Healthy homemade protein bars

Many people buy commercial protein bars thinking they are good for them just because they are called “Protein Bars”… But the problem is that they usually are made from a very bad protein bar recipe. They are most likely loaded with sugars and fillers to make them taste good – and the cost is on average 5$ a bar. That can be very expensive in the long run.

In reality most commercial protein bars are candy in disguise. They are just a Mars or Snickers bar with added protein. But I have good news for you. For a fraction of the cost you can make your own homemade protein bars that contain only natural ingredients. For around 50 cents per bar you save big and get a great tasting bar you can take with you everywhere.
