Live Training Log

learn from my failures and successes

Once a month, I write a detailed report about my own training. I want to lead by example and be a rolemodel that practice what I preach. I realized a long time ago that I could not teach other people about fitness with any credibility if I could not do it myself.

I write these reports for several reasons:

  1. To help me keep track of how I’m progressing.
  2. To push myself to see improvements month after month.
  3. To lead by example by sharing both my wins and failures.
  4. To inspire you to crush it in your own training.

More importantly (going back to my entire purpose with this blog), I’m here to show you that it is possible to get outstanding results if you work hard, stay focused and follow a sound plan. You don’t have to use drugs, be a slave to your lifestyle and have perfect genetics to come out as winner.

These reports is meant to give you an over-the-shoulder look into my training and serve as proof that I follow my own programs. It’s my hope that you take something away from them, that will help you and your current (and future) training and results.
