3rd Place As Debutant At The Danish Athletic
Fitness Championships 2011
I have in a 3 month period worked closely
with Kasper, who has helped me to a third place
out of a total of 16 athletes in the Danish
Athletic Fitness Championships 2011.
Through Fortius Fitness I became aware of
Kasper's expertise and I were never in doubt
that he was the right one to get me in the best
shape of my life.

and knowledge clearly shows as I got competent
advice and guidance throughout that got me to

Winner And Double Runner Up At The Danish
Athletic Fitness And Body Fitness Championships
In 2008 I made the big decision to
participate in the Danish Championships in
Athletic Fitness. I knew that I had a lot of
work ahead of me. I could not under any
circumstances do it alone and needed a highly
skilled and motivational trainer.
Kasper and Fortius Fitness were my coach
throughout the six months. Kasper taught me
things which I thought was a lie! Basic things
like the way we all believe we must work out to
build muscle and loose fat changed suddenly. It
took him a long time to convince me of some of
the stuff, but he succeeded and I won because of
that.
Kasper was fantastic engaging, uplifting,
motivational and above all patience.
Kasper has a different, extremely simple,
straightforward and effective strategy for
bodyrecomposition. That does not mean that it
wasn’t hard, but it’s just so simple and free of
magic tricks.
In 2011 Kasper and Fortius Fitness led me to two
runner up placings in the body fitness
championships. And this at 40 years of age -
something I thought were impossible at that age.

I Was Thrilled That Kasper Had Managed To Do
What Others Could Not. It Resulted In An
Impressive 8th Place At The World Championships
My name is Sebastian Lander, I’m a pro
cyclist riding for a team called Team Concordia
Insurance and the Danish U-23 national team.
My whole life is based on my cycling. That means
I spend about 75-90 hours a month to train and
approx. 150 days abroad per year in training
camp and races.
I’ve always been very serious
about my training and I’m very conscious about
my intervals and their importance to peak at the
right time or just get more stamina.
Unfortunately my biggest problem has always been
my weight and as everyone probably knows it
means a lot for a cyclist what the weight is
because every kg above your optimal weight will
slow you down.
I contacted Team Denmark in the
hope that they could help. Of course I had tried
many times to lose weight myself, but
unfortunately without success. I was interviewed
by a dietician and they made a meal plan. I
followed the plan for about 2 months, but
unfortunately without success. I didn’t lose
weight and was incredibly tired all the time.
Not optimal when your training so much.
I’ve
always strength trained in the winter month, and
when I met Kasper in the gym we got a long talk
about my situation. We agreed that he should try
to help me lose weight. I was a bit skeptical if
he could help me, because as i said before, I
have never been able to shred the final kg’s to
reach my ideal race weight.
Kasper made me a
diet plan, which was quite different than those
I previously have used. Included were for
example eggs which I always have been told was a
bad idea if you should lose weight. I started my
new diet plan, and already after 2 -3 weeks I
could see my weight was more stable or moving in
the right direction – DOWN!
My goal was to
lose weight from 74-75 kg to 71-72 kg before the
World Championships in Australia in early
October. After a few month my weight was 71 kg.
I was thrilled that Kasper had managed to do
what others could not.
The month leading up to
the world championship I shred another 3 kg, so
when I stood on the start line in Melbourne, it
was a guy of 68 kg instead of 74-75 kg. It
resulted in an impressive 8th place.
For the
first time I actually “enjoy” climbing the high
mountains and my new sustained energy. Thank you
Kasper!

The Meal And Training Plan Has Been
Incredibly Effective And I Have Been Fully
Satisfied With The Outcome
For the last six years i’ve been training
towards competing in Miss Fitness. When I
decided to compete, I asked Kasper for help with
predominantly diet but also for training advice.
I chosed Kasper and Fortius Fitness, because I
knew he had a great background in terms of
education and training and also great personal
experience both from himself and from others he
has previously helped.
Kasper made a detailed
meal plan. Every 14th day we measured body fat,
took measurements and scaleweight. As it has
been necessary, the meal plan has been adjusted
to my needs with additional fat loss effect. The
meal and training plan has been incredibly
effective and I have been fully satisfied with
the outcome.
Besides being in charge of my
diet Kasper also helped with my training. He
made a few changes to my program which has
proved very effective. For example, I had never
practiced bench press before, and had actually
always hated the exercise - now I will not miss
it.
In my opinion diet and exercise are have
to go together. But there are also another very
important factor for achieving your goals:
motivation. And Kasper manage to keep it up
throughout.

I Can Feel That I Have Become More Explosive
And Stronger. This Has Also Been Commented By

I have cultivated in strength training for
many years with the purpose of getting better at
my sport handball, but I’ve never got the
benefit that I wanted out of the effort.
For
this reason I chosed Kasper and Fortiu Fitness,
so he could help me. My focus was on weight gain
and become stronger in different functional
power lifts.
Kasper took the time to
understand my weaknesses and how I had trained
so far and after a few days he presented a
training and nutrition plan.
In the beginning
I was a little skeptical because the workouts
was relatively short compared to what I was
accustomed to, but my skepticism was quickly
turned to optimism when I quickly got great
progress in the various lifts. In 3 months I
have increased all my lifts between 15-20 kg.
In accordance with the diet, a whole new world
opened for me since I became aware of how much
you really should eat of the right things.
Subsequently, I can better understand why I
haven’t increased my weight. With simple
guidelines on how much I should eat of various
foods during the day, I’ve increased my weight
from 70 kg to 77 kg in 3 months.
All this has
had a positive effect on my handball game – I
can feel that I have become more explosive and
stronger. This has also been commented by many –
team players and coaches.
To this day I train
and eat after Kasper’s program with great joy.
I can only recommend using Kasper as a personal
trainer!

I Have Lost 7 Kilos And My Bodyfat
Percentage Has Decreased 8%. I Have Reached All
My Goals Faster Than I Dared Hoped For
Last year I went through a personal training
course with Kasper. The course ran over 10
sessions. The first time we met Kasper asked
about my goals and put together a training and
nutrition program which I followed the next 12
weeks.
Initially, I trained with Kasper twice weekly,
to ensure that all exercises were performed
correctly and that I used the correct load. We
measured body fat and talked about weight and
set goals for two weeks at a time to keep the
motivation high. Likewise we adjusted the plan
if needed.
I have been fully satisfied with guidance,
planning and cooperation and felt I was in good
“hands” through the whole course.
I have experienced Kasper as a happy, positive
and highly qualified coach. He is exceptional at
creating motivation and retention! He is
professional, punctual and committed. He is
realistic and not afraid to give an honest
opinion, which I believe should be attached
great value.
Through the 12 weeks I have lost 7 kilos and my
bodyfat percentage has decreased 8%. I have
reached all my goals faster than I dared hoped
for when I started training with Kasper.

My name is Mathias and I turned 19 this
August.
I've always thought that if you have to achieve
something, then you should not go into it

I Will Look Like A Champion In No Time Which
Will Send My Confidence Sky High!!
I have been training for a few years before I
read the Fortius Fitness range of e-books.
Everything in these books made perfect sense to
me, immediately. From diet right through to
advanced training, the books gave me a system
that I can follow for guaranteed results.
The more closely I follow the system, the better
my results!
The author, Kasper, has been helpful with my
questions and I won’t hesitate to ask him for
advice every step of the way.
Like most trainees, I thought I knew it all
about fitness but already I have learnt a lot
about mistakes I have made with my training –
mistakes I am now fixing. Like a lot of people,
I went into the gym trying to simply lift as
much as I could every week and so progress has
been slow for some time now.
The books let you progress pretty much every
week by changing things up. I’ve begun to notice
a small but welcome difference in the way I look
(a bit leaner BUT not smaller) and I know that
if I stick to the diet and training regime I
will look like a champion in no time which will

I have read other body building and weight

For the first time since I started training a

I have never felt so in control...
I found Kasper during my struggles to find yet another new fix to my lifelong weight issues. I started reading some of his columns then purchased all his books because I knew without a doubt that everything he was saying had merit and felt right to me.
I have gone from being a binge eater, yo-yo dieter who despised exercise and was on an emotional roller coaster for 20 years, to someone who is at the gym training every second day and loving it. A mind shift has occurred.
