Do you think that Gerard could do a few situps and drink a few protein shakes in order to make the leap above? Do you think he just hit the treadmill a few times? Cardio simply isn't that effective and neither is weight lifting alone.

Your body cannot turn lead into gold. If you fill it with disgusting junk YOU will look like junk.

My question to you is, what if you could feed your body the delicious food that it really wanted?

Certain foods help build lean muscle and provide energy. You can eat as much of these foods as you want and your body will get what it needs to build strong, lean muscle.

If you fill your diet with the great foods I'm about to show you, your body will have no choice but to look incredible. Vince Gironda, who trained Arnold Schwarzenegger, once said that bodybuilding is 80% diet. Not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but the message here is clear: what you eat determines how you look, not just how you train. Most people have literally no idea just how important diet is, how absolutely critical it is to get your diet right, if you want to look amazing.
