Now, before you roll your eyes or click the back button, lets take a look at my friend Renee Zellweger.

What follows are two legitimate pictures of her. Most people may be familiar with her transformation back to her beautiful, regular self after she'd finished filming for the role of Bridget in the movie Bridget Jones's Diary. I think you can agree the transformation is amazing!

In her dress on the right she doesn't have to hide anything: she looks slender, toned and sexy!

The main thing that Renee did to lose the weight was change her diet. She didn't have to starve herself to look the way she does on the right and neither do you.

Do you think that Renee jumped on the treadmill a couple of times to look the way she does on the right? Cardio simply isn't that effective. I am asking you to FORGET about useless yoga, spinning classes and endless cardio. If they work, why does every woman on the treadmills look more like the woman on the left than the woman on the right?

Your body cannot turn lead into gold. If you fill it with disgusting junk YOU will look like junk.

My question to you is, what if you could feed your body the delicious food that it really wanted?

Certain foods help build lean muscle and provide energy. You can eat as much of these foods as you want and your body will get what it needs to build strong, lean muscle. Lean muscle, on men and women, burns calories - even at rest. All those books you see about "turning your body into a fat burning furnace" are just about building up some lean muscle. Again, let it be said: you cannot end up looking like a muscle bound she-Hulk so don't worry about it.

If you fill your diet with the great foods I'm about to show you, your body will have no choice but to look incredible.

Most people have literally no idea just how important diet is, how absolutely critical it is to get your diet right, if you want to look amazing.
